How Private Luxury Forums works
Private Luxury Forums are intimate hosted buyer events for the luxury travel industry. At each forum, high-end travel designers and travel planners meet hand-selected exhibitors over three days in a world-class destination, through a programme of pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings, destination experiences and hosted evening events.
Private Luxury has been bringing the industry together since 2015, across 20 editions. Its community numbers more than 20,000 luxury travel leaders, from DMCs and luxury hoteliers to boutique hotels, private islands and private jets.
The meeting format
Buyers and exhibitors each receive up to 43 personalised one-to-one meetings over the three days. Every meeting is arranged before the forum begins: each attendee receives a tailored schedule, matched through AI-powered matchmaking based on their preferences, and prepared on Wyred, the event app. How matchmaking and Wyred work.
Meetings take place in the mornings. Each event page includes a sample programme.
Outside the meeting room
Scheduled meetings are complemented by shared destination experiences, networking lunches and hosted evening events, so new contacts can continue their conversations beyond the formal meeting schedule.
The format promises pre-scheduled appointments and managed introductions. It does not guarantee a number of enquiries, bookings or confirmed sales.
